About
His name is Francisco Stoller, but like his friends, you can call him Fran.
Francisco was born and raised in the Newberg/Dundee area. Fran’s dad grew up on a 400-acre turkey farm in Dayton that is now Stoller Family Estate Winery and his mother’s parents were one of the first Hispanic families to settle in the area. After being migrant workers for many years, they bought a small plot of land in Dayton and farmed it. Fran was raised in the beautiful Dundee Hills.
Though his original plan was to “get out of the ‘Berg,” Francisco followed in his parent’s footsteps and after college returned to the area to run a local business. While attending Oregon State University, Fran started his first business in carpet cleaning. This business evolved into a 24-hour water damage restoration (and carpet cleaning) company with 7 employees, 7 rigs, and a 5,000 square foot shop. After 7 years of owning, living, and running WaterBear Cleaning and Restoration it was time for a change. After contemplating on what brings him joy, Francisco decided to start the journey into real estate.
Family is Fran’s deepest joy. Venturing into real estate gave him the opportunity to invest in family. Fran married the woman of his dreams, Kristen Stoller (CVDA Dance Academy owner) and welcomed into his heart two new stepdaughters. Fran and Kristen add another daughter to the mix, making a beautiful family of five.
Fran loves being in the real estate industry. He also is an active part of various civic groups, organizations and business ventures. One, in particular, was starting a construction company that provides a solution to fill a gap for long waits on repair addendums.
When asked about his career choice Francisco said, “Ultimately, my real estate career gives me the chance to be there for family and do what I am best at which is helping people.”
With his broad knowledge of construction, mold remediation and restoration, planning and zoning, local politics, and social capital, he is armed with the breadth of knowledge to help you make a real estate investment. He can help you in the buying or selling process, purchasing your first short or long term rental, piece of land, or commercial property, because he too has done all of these for himself.
Passionately dedicated to his family, Yamhill County, Dave Matthews and his business, Fran gives his all. His knowledge in real estate and investment makes him a one of a kind real estate broker. Not only is Fran’s knowledge in the industry and this area unmatched, but his down to earth personality makes people feel at home.
